It's hard finding a good but cheap fish and chip spot that is open on Sundays in Hamilton.

Tried out this place today, pretty happy with the fish and chips pack that came with 2 sausages, 2 fish and chips for $11. Tasty and yummy, portions are a little small but expected in this cost of living crisis.

Also had a sweet and sour pork for $18, would of loved to have pineapple and carrot in it and a bit of rice on the side but still a really tasty sweet and sour pork dish. I'd defs recommend this spot and will likely be back to try out other things...

My shop dj takeaways was shut even though it was only 7:45pm saturday night ,anyway i thought oh well i maze well try rainbow takeaways,bought a S/S pork,fish burger and chicken burger,the fish burger was like 2 small pieces of fish inside and the fish tasted off,the chicken burger was just some small arse chicken patty,it definitely is not worth $4.50 a burger,however the S/S pork was nice,sorry but i wont be back and rather still go to...

There was once a fierce duel for fish'n'chip supremacy on Killarney Road and it's easy to see why Rainbow Fastfoods was the winner. The staff are friendly and accomodating, the deals are cost-effective and the food is of good quality. Even the shop itself is bright and cheery (and spotlessly clean). They do close earlier than you might expect but for people who eat at normal times of day, that's not likely to...
