Amazing burgers. Good portions. But it can be a little heavy on the pocket. For example, if you want to same amount of food as you get in a big mac combo. It can set you back around $20 for a combo. Also, please order your food online before you even leave your house to collect the food. The wait times can be long. 15 minutes to wait for your food is expected. But, the taste of the food makes it up for it. Try CN cheese. if you want something light try the hambergini. If french fries are too boring for you, try their kumara chips (yummy) . 5 cross roads outlet is short on parking. Trying parking BEHIND the shops or do a cheeky and park in McDonald's car park. Although, Mcd doesn't like that. Top tip : buy your beverages from a dairy or McDonald's across the road lol as they have unlimited refills. While the food is good, Burgerfuel consistently forgets items from the order. Often I'll order a milkshake with burger and fries, arrive to pick it up and they'll have forgotten to make the milkshake.

Another time I ordered two burgers and two fries. Arrived to pick them up. They had forgotten the fries and I had to wait for them to make a new batch. When they'd made the new batch of fries, they only did one portion of fries, so I had to wait a second time for them to cook a second batch of fries. By this time my burgers were cold.

The last time I ordered a burger, I got home only to discover they'd given me the wrong burger, so I had to drive all the way back.

So while the food is almost always good, they're let down by their very poor...

Please don't get me wrong, I Love Burger Fuel Burgers. However lastnight when I went to pick up my order I noticed the staff wern't using any gloves while handling the food (Buns, lettuce, etc). My order was Takeaway so when I got home and started eating my Burger, It was soo bitter all I could taste was Mustard. There was soo much Mustard in the Burger it drenched right through everything it was actually really unbareable to eat. The Buns wern't toasted it was soggy obviously because there was waay too much mustard in there. I've never had a problem with Burger Fuel before but I was very disappointed lastnight.
