UPDATE - Due to it being an UE order, we understand that the food took longer to reach us, than if we'd picked up, so next time we will come in store to try the difference. Thanks Ruby Takeaways for an overall delicious dinner and for your reply. We ordered a big order on Uber Eats. The fried foods were a let down, with the chips being very small portions, soggy and not the tastiest. The fish was also a bit soggy/soft but didn't taste awful. Paua fritter is your stock standard, not a 100% real Paua fritter, but still, not terrible. Burgers were wholesome, hearty and tasty, they were thoroughly enjoyed!

The Chinese food was decent too, nothing spectacular, but not bad for the price. Honey pork, dumplings and a spicy beef ramen, all were cooked well, tasty, fresh and good Portions. Definitely worth a visit as the service is lovely and overall, the food...

All I have to say but there's places for many many many years in a row I brought steak fried rice from this place and it had a tastes I couldn't put my finger on but couldn't get get enough of, it was delicious and amazing and i had to go back for more and more it was almost like I was in a relationship one built solely around the sensation of pleasurable eating...... in saying that a taste didn't nothing else from there except for chips and the honey chicken I got from now didn't taste like honey but from what I hear everything else has been freaking tastic.......... selectize if you enjoyed reading my posts and the pictures are posted please like and give...

Ordered the $49 dollar mixed platter and the large $39 fish n chip and $5 extra chips. The vegetables tasted off!! The meat tasted off, the oil tasted stale. Not even the heavy sauce topping couldn't hide that. Gross!!! The fish was tasteless and cheap should have known better. Had this before with Ruby's.

$100.00 wasted I must be insane

You need to stop being lazy and cook decent fresh fish and vege with fresh oils.

And health and safety should do monthly surprised visits to all takeaway outlets here in...
