Devil — Restaurant in Hamilton

I ordered two devil burgers and one small chips while there tonight with my son. I told the woman taking my order that only one burger would have the sauces as I was severely allergic to them and could not eat them, she said that is fine and repeated what I had said as english is not her first language and I understand that I confirmed and said yes that is perfect and I’ll have small chips as well please to which she confirmed again and that was fine so I thought. 15 minutes later she hands me two burgers at the counter and no chips, I told her I ordered chips and she said the screens says I didn’t, I told her I had confirmed my entire order with you and you had said yes that’s fine she continued saying the screen says I didn’t so I ordered them again. While I was waiting for my chips I checked my burger and there was mayo which I had specifically requested to be left out due to my allergy as we’d discussed previously she continued to deny that I had requested no mayo and called someone from the back who understood and remade the burger. She also had another man waiting and started yelling at me telling me to check her restaurant for her customer who’s order was ready, at this point I sat and stared her in her eyes and said absolutely nothing as that’s not my job and she’d completely destroyed my order deliberately. The chicken fillet in the burger was as thin as a $5 note. Hideous service and shocking food. Don’t waste your money or time I was waiting almost an hour for two burgers and small fries, the place was empty bar the man she demanded I look for and myself and my son. Don’t waste your money, time...

So I generally write a bad review after experiencing a place more than once. This one after visiting twice. Purchased combo 1 deal. Advertised outside for 28$ inside was for 30$ outside there was 1 9" pizza later they told me it's just a garlic one. Large pizza had to be selected from regular flavours listed at the end being least important of their menu, only 5 out of which 3 meat so if you want non veg you can't skip more than 1, luckier than veg. But they convert it to any pizza for 3$/pizza, they got it for me at 2$ on the deal.

Pizza quality 12 in, crust was thin, but not crispy. Roast beef had roughly 3 BBQ beef instead or roast pices/slice aroun 1cm cube each. 1ring of onion and some capsicum, rest was cheese and rings of some sauces. Chicken chef special had 3 chicken cubes, 1 onion rings, 1 olive and 1 jalapeno slices curated per slice. For lucky ones there were 4 mushroom slices in pizza. 1:00PM on Sunday freezer had only 3 type/flavour of 1.5ltr cold drink red mountain dew, normal mountain dew and Pepsi Max.

Burger quality, brought nearly a month earlier. Bun was large, seems good but inside Patty of only half of radius rest of burger was just bun and lettuce. Suggestion. If they are too short of meat then either raise the price on all your boards and menus or stop serving. I think at present condition it should be priced at 16$ instead of 32.

One more reminder, your Halal certificate I shop expired on 31st Jan 2019...

Their customer service is very unpleasant. The women who took the order, had disgusting manners and attitudes towards us.We ordered pizza and waited there more than an hour. In the meantime, when we decided the type of drink to buy, she shouted "Hurry up fast please" very loudly. She was angry about the customers and getting order. We have never experienced like that behavior in this country. After waiting for about an hour, when I asked when the order would be received, she said in a very low manner that it would take more time and left. We asked several time. But she didn’t care about us. Their behavior was very disgusting. It is very shameful to send the stress of the customers without controlling the received orders. Food also not tasty. We’ll never come back to this store. Poor...
