The star of the menu, however, has to be their Eggs Benedict. It’s simply exceptional. The poached eggs are cooked to perfection every time, with yolks that are wonderfully runny without being too messy. The hollandaise sauce is rich, creamy, and has just the right balance of tanginess and smoothness to complement the eggs. Served on top of freshly toasted sourdough bread and paired with either traditional bacon or their delightful smoked salmon option, this dish is nothing short of amazing. The sides—whether it’s crispy hash browns or a fresh garden salad—add the perfect finishing touch.
The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring you’re well looked after from the moment you sit down. Whether you're visiting for a leisurely breakfast or a quick brunch, this café truly delivers on quality, taste, and service. If you’re in Hamilton and looking for a meal that will brighten your day, the Eggs Benedict here is an...

The bigger issue was how dry the chicken was, in addition to it being a bit cold. It didn't seem like it was fresh out of the fryer, which it seems that they are more health conscious here so that's understandable. I'm not sure if they marinate it at all but I would highly implore them to do so if they don't (buttermilk with plenty of spices would be best but any dry brine would be good). All things considered, I would still recommend trying this cafe out, as it has a great vibe and is...
