I walked in 5pm, staff member was on his private cell phone, l waited and he put his caller on hold. I ordered and he searched the frezzer for my dessert, halfway through his search for my dessert, he resumed his phone call on his private cell phone. I continued to wait while he continued to take us a cell phone call on his private cell phone. He finally got off his cell phone and told me they no longer had any of that dessert left. The freezer that he searched for my dessert was a mess, staff pulled out 60 desserts from frezzer to finally tell me, they didn't have my dessert. #1 get off your phone and your private phone calls.#2 sort your freezer out so you know what you have and what you don't have because if I had ordered online this would be really serious that you didn't have it. The only area this place wins on are the non-pizza sides and salads. I think it's overpriced these days as the quality has dropped now that the Hell brand is all over the place. But the Mayhem I bought the other day was completely flavourless. And when I worked out it was $2-$2.50 a piece I realised it was a waste of money. Normally the sides and everything are great. But if you're going to charge $21 for a normal sized pizza, it needs to be good. Every time. This place is so high risk now and there are other options around town I'm not going to bother unless I want something I can't get anywhere else - like the jalapeno poppers. Today I tried to order 2 x pizzas an had a voucher for 1x free garlic bread an 1x free wedges when buying two double pizzas , when I phoned them I was rudely spoken too by a female worker she was saying that that voucher didn't start till the 12th of feb , I said the email says it has started an finishes on the 28th feb , I said I would come an show them she threatened to call the police on me , then 5min later while driving to another Hell pizza at another store in Dinsdale she apologised an said I was right .
