McDonald's The Base Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Hamilton

As much as I love your workers this was not a good experience, I went in with one of my co workers about 1.30 ish, we also work in the mall and were on our 30 min break we ordered a banana milk shake, a lift float and a kiwi burger, the girl that was packing the orders literally dropped the burger, they just stood there talking about it for a good minute then carried on, when his burger was finally made the girl calls out our order number but doesn't give us our drinks, Alex ended up giving them to us, then as we went to eat he/my co worker looked in his burger and saw there was only half an egg, when he took it back they gave him a different egg and when he bit into it he realized there was eggshells in there is what he said, I'm not too sure how your store works and if it was a mistake by you guys or by your deliveries but I hate to say this was horrible service, your staff stand there taking their time to pack orders this lead to us using over half of our...

I was being served by a nice crew member last night around 5.35pm. Watched a large male manager throw chips angrily on the ground towards another customers feet who was standing at the opening of the store at the end of the tills (I overheard he had pulled the chips that had been sitting in another customers bag and tried putting it on the customers tray and the guy just said hey I don't want those chips can you get me new ones and which made the manager biff the chips like a child). The customer asked if he had a problem, the manager was rude and dismissive which understandably made the customer really frustrated and asked for his name which he refused. Not only that, the female crew member looked very uncomfortable at the managers aggressiveness, if he's fine being this intimidating around customers I worry to think what he's like when no one is watching....

Went last Tuesday. Firstly ordered on a machine that didn't print receipt. Then my food was ready someone else grabbed it took it away then came back and said they got the wrong meal. Then they re called my number trying to give me this meal that was fingered by another customer. I said I don't want that one as it's unhygienic (covid) then the lady said oh there is going to be a bit of a wait as have to make other orders first so I said oh thats ok can I just have my money back please.. then she had to go and get the manager who then was rude as F!! Didn't acknowledge me what so ever and basically threw the money at me when I wanted it back on the card. Just rude, then they kept staring at us when we were eating.
