Sorry only giving one star as I did not want to give any! I was very happy that we finally had a good quality vegetarian food restaurant in Hastings. But, The food quality has deteriorated from good to bad and moving towards worse day by day. Found a stone in their food that almost chipped my tooth but no one from the kitchen came to apologize. To add to this, the staff is too rude and unhygienic. I took sweets from this shop and more than the inside of the box, the outside the box was sticky and had hair stuck to it. The girl at the reception is too rude in serving the customers and we have noticed this on a number of occasions. She needs lessons on customer service. Additionally, if your close time is 9 pm, close your doors for dine ins at a time before that. You do not have to be rude to customers who enter your restaurant for dining in aroung 8:30 or 8:45 pm. Some people do a 12 hours shift and come to dine at your place at 8:30 pm after their shift... not to see your rudeness and frowned faces and have dishes banged on your table with no smile. 1 star is because i have to but "0**", we ordered three dishes two of them was nice but one dish wasn't the one we ordered. In menu ingredients say 5 pcs puri, potato, black chickpeas and tamarind sauce and jaljeera water but we got 5 pcs puri with tamarind sauce, mint sauce, only 1 white chick pea in puri with jaljeera water.

When we asked staff for not having the dish we ordered he replied i haven't put potato and he replied we always use white chickpea. We said in menu it is totally different. He didn't say sorry or anything like, i will get the dish you order or nothing nothing and took the dish away from table and at end he wanted us to pay for the dish we not ordered. We said how can you charge for we not ordered he replied we do charge.

The guy at the desk is a rude fellow i have ever met. His customer service is so poor, which made my experience bad at your restaurant. Definitely, i won't be your customer anymore. Last night, i went there to have dinner out with my wife around 8:30 pm, i have been told they are only taking takeaway orders, not having it there, but next to us there was a punjabi family of 6 people who came just 5 mins before us and they just made an order to have starter. I have told the guy before they are finishing their dinner we will finish our. But rude fellow told that i won't be served. I was a regular customer, and from the last 3 weekends, my wife and I have had lunch and dinners from you, Bolino, but now you lose your regular customer, thank you for your worse customer...
