Where Vietnamese people would go for pho... I am a self-proclaimed Pho Snob, and if I had to take my Vietnamese relatives to 1 restaurant to feel at home, I would take them here.

The staff are so nice you'll feel like you're visiting family and they give the warmest welcome (I got special chili condiments for that extra heat--perfect for a cold, rainy day).

Best pho bun bo hue. Loved the sugarcane juice, and fresh lime juice drink.

Their Vietnamese coffee is on point, made specially in this restaurant and sourced from family in Vietnam.

I believe folks when they say this is their new local. So glad I don't have to travel far for authentic Vietnamese cooking.

SOUP PORTIONS ARE HUGE. Such great value! 1 bowl can feed 2 people, easy!

If you live in west Auckland and love vietnamese food but don't want to drive all the way to the infamous "Try it out" restaurant, then Cago will be your new go to.

The food taste amazing and you will not be dissapointed about the portion size. These guys serves wonderful authentic tasting dishes that will make you come back for more. I would also like to add that this restaurant is very family friendly, very spacious for prams, and the staff there is so kind towards children 😃

Tried this place for the first time (even though I live down the road) and it is so good! Got the crispy pork belly bahn mi and fresh chicken spring rolls. Bahn mi was one of the best I’ve had - good amount of crispy pork and fresh baguette. The fresh spring rolls were the biggest I’ve had - again filled with heaps of fresh ingredients and heaps of chicken that was tender and seasoned well.

The owner was so lovely, also recommended other local eateries in Glendene shops. Highly recommend, will be trying out more...
