KFC Westgate (Kakano Road) — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

We were here Friday night 15/08, ordered a Zinger Burger Mates Combo for 2 at 8:40pm. Waited, waited, and waited... nothing. Saw all these other in-store customers that came in after us get their orders and ours still wasn't called. Apparently, it was the burgers that was taking time. 2 other customers that came in after us who also got burgers got their orders and still no news of our order. At 9:05pm, I went up to talk to them (2 Filipino ladies) and they were scrambling trying to find our order... turns out our order (this tray of fries and chicken) was just sitting there (god knows for how long) and the burgers then FINALLY got made. Fries and chicken was lukewarm, burgers (chicken patty was also lukewarm) were badly assembled. Cannot for the life of me understand why it takes them 30 mins to assemble 2 buns with chicken patty and some lettuce. What we also observed is there's only 1 person making the burgers, 2 people just putting orders together and rest of the time, just pacing around doing nothing/acting busy (but not acknowledging any customers either). This place is a very good place for dining as a halal KFC. But their customer service is very poor. Today I have visited at 12:25pm . Who served me she is shift supervisor name is Aarti she is very very rude and impatient. I believe she has no quality to get this job as a customer service representative. The way she talked with the customer it is totally wrong and she behaves very badly with customers. She has no skills may be she gets this job with someone’s favour. There are many staffs they are looking very smart than her. There were other customers they have seen the way she behaved with me the rude way. I get so upset when she was being angry without any reason. I was looking for manager but other other staffs were telling me she is manager where is wearing Name with shift supervisor. On Tuesday, learned that KFC newly opened at Northwest and with Hot&Spicy back decided to give them a go again as our usual go to with Texas Chicken.

What we got for $56 was absolutely ridiculous. The chicken drum sticks were more like chicken sticks as seen by the photo. The coating was way too thick and the actual chicken very dry which makes me suspect that these were from a day or two ago.. and to make matters worse half of the pieces we got for our 10piece sharing bucket (+2 extra) looked to be Hot&Spicy Wings than the actual larger chicken pieces you get.

Definitely a 1 star and probably one of the worst kfc experiences ive had in my life time. Dont let the new building fool you to thinking higher...
