I recently joined this gym after making a commitment to improve my health. The staff are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for all cliental. I am extremely appreciative of the facilities that are on site. I was nervous as anything to sign up; but the staff were so friendly and welcoming I felt like I had been coming here for years. Was previously a member of city fitness Westgate and it was so busy with people taking their friends for free that I could never get on the machines or weights until after 11pm and the equipment was in poor condition. After joining Anytime Westgate, it's like night and day - state of the art equipment with individual tv channels and internet on treadmills, preprogrammed virtual classes, and plenty of space and workout stations to choose from. Private bathrooms top it off, clean and well maintained. Frankly worth paying more to have great facilities and not having to endlessly queue...

Horrible experience - I canceled my membership in April, still getting charged in June. Nobody picks up the phone or calls me back when I leave a message, nobody replies to my emails, its been a week already, could have called me back! I moved countries so I can't physically go there and sort it or call them all day because of time difference, will be talking to my bank to see if they can help to stop account getting charged, maybe Ezy pay will help with refund, don't know, Anytime fitness is clearly not...
