Hollywood Bakery and Espresso — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Went into Hollywood Northwest this afternoon. Brought 2 x coffees, vanilla slice and a club sandwich, there were 4 other people with me. The bread on the sandwich was stale, i very nicely asked if they could either toast it or make me a fresh one. All they did was argue with me saying the sandwich was made that morning and it was fresh. They wouldnt listen to me so i just went and sat down leaving the sandwich behind. Just disappointed to start my day with a cup of horrible coffee! I orderd a medium latte in a take away cup

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this café was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. The coffee was, quite frankly, undrinkable — running, tasteless & poorly made, and far from what you’d expect from a place that calls itself a café.

I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously, because right now, this place is the very opposite of what a café experience should be.

I visited the store today with my dad and siblings, and we ordered four drinks: two flat whites, one hot chocolate, and one vanilla latte. Shortly after our visit, we all became very unwell and spent the entire day vomiting. We do not have any milk allergies or underlying medical issues, so this was very concerning.
