Absolutely amazing experience yesterday! We went in at lunchtime, and from the moment we stepped in, it was different. It was so clean! It looked neat and well put together. Akshay was very helpful and respectful, actually providing customer service, something that we found is lacking in most of NZ. Now, onto the most important part of the experience, the food! Palestine vegetables and a Jordanian falafel were ordered, genuinely the best food we have had since being in NZ for just over 2 years. I'm absolutely hooked on Brothers Bar and Eatery! Their coffee is top-notch, and the atmosphere is so serene and relaxing. The staff are super friendly and always greet me with a smile. The interior is lovely, with nicely laid tables and fresh flowers that add a touch of warmth.

Their menu is awesome, especially the fresh date scones with real butter - absolute heaven! Whether I'm grabbing a quick breakfast or meeting a friend for a casual coffee, Brothers Bar and Eatery is my go-to spot.

Terrible experience at Brothers Bar. I booked a birthday event, and they completely dropped the ball—delivered less food than promised, overcharged for items, and then refused to correct their mistakes. Instead of making it right, they tried to rope me into accepting drinks credits as compensation. Staff were rude, dismissive, and downright dishonest.
