The atmosphere was okay. It wasn't a busy time at all. We did save a little money by using the voucher, although they had a special on.

The place was flat, and we were feeling rushed into ordering - I didn't like that. The photos are real, and it's what it looks like to date.

The burger and Fries were nice, but they were served in plastic baskets. I think they could do better judging by other people's photos.

The burger was missing something, but when reading the contents of the burger on the menu, it seemed to have not had enough sauce in it, and there was also no seasoning. It could have done with that, and maybe a relish in this burger, it would have been a good touch.

I did not like the plastic baskets it's a cheap look and makes the place feel underwhelming. I mean, check the photos out. You have a living wall that is dying, there's not much light and it was cold and the day was okay and warm.

The meal was eaten and okay. I wouldn't be in a hurry to eat there again but would like to try another venue, maybe? I kinda feel a little...

Have bought from them now for quite some time, have only had good quality food and service from them, very friendly staff.

The different burgers are great. They definitely give a wide variety of burgers and condaments.

The Whagu burgers are a step up from your general burgers. What is a plus point for them is that they prepare each meal freshly, not like a lot of the mass-produced burger houses.

They have a Special Burger - Large Beef Burger - that has 7 Patties, 7 Slices of Cheese, 7 Crispy slices of Bacon, Chucken Breast, it's so yummy - but don't attempt that if you are not very hungry, it's quite pricy - but definitely worth it.

Also love their dirty Fries, great variety of toppings, they also have great chicken wings.

Last experience was great, just a week ago. Tonight ordered delivery and both our beef burgers meat was clearly very off. We both smelt it as we took the first bite. It was soo pungent I couldn’t even swallow and had to immediately spit out. We both experienced this at the same time and looked at each other knowing something was very very wrong. Immediately called Flaming Onion to warn them not to sell that meat to anyone else. Tried to be positive and give credit for positive history but he wouldn’t accept the issue and blamed the Uber driving for tampering with them. (We live 5min away and tracked the order… impossible for meat to be rotten on a 5min drive) no apology given by flaming onion. We got a full refund immediately online minutes later.
