Lily’s Asian Fusion North Shore 百合花园餐厅 — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Today 1st October checked Lily's menu outside. Delighted to see the selection of Asian cuisine. Can't wait to have another visit to enjoy this lovely venue and sample some of her food.

A beautiful new venue. Everything looks absolutely lovely. Not sure of the fusion of Asian and European foods works. Breakfast menu might suit a kiwi but no sign of the Asian cuisine. Young waitress had great difficulty coping with our requests from the menu. Just needed training. Very stressful for her I felt. Coffee good but charged 50c for the trim milk! Will definitely try Lily's again when the teething problems have been sorted. 22.09. Tried Lily's sgsin today and asked the same waitress about why no Asian food. She came back with one but said it was a dinner menu. Two Asian girls came and sat beside us and were given the Asian menu to our surprise. Obviously she was judging us by our colour - white. Our lunch was fine but would have loved the Asian food. Maybe 3rd visit we will have...

It was our first time coming to Lily's. The restaurant is clean and modern. The place is modestly decorated and not crowded. The tables are spaced adequately and the vibe of the place is relaxed. The chairs are comfy. Food is good and service is efficient. We were a big group and all served well. The stand out dish is the duck pancakes. Coffee is good too. Be careful with the mi goreng, it is spicy. This is not your typical Chinese restaurant but a modern take on the usual Chinese and other Asian dishes. Alcohol is also served on this restaurant. Unplanned dinner stop which turned into a favorite restaurant game changer for our party of 3. From the low lit nature focused decor, to the genuine interest and attention from the waitress - the entire evening was a wonderful surprise of professional service, stunning atmosphere and the most divine pepper squid tasted yet! Each dish was presented with pride and we couldn't choose a favorite (although the entree of Peking Duck pancakes were absolute killers) so.. we will just have to revisit and taste some other dishes from the unusual menu to cement our best dish.
