Hong Yuan Food Shop 红园小吃 — Restaurant in Howick

I always come to hongyuan to eat hot pot, and I tired 3 difference hongyuan store in Auckland. But the highland park hot pot store has terrible customer service recently. Today (31 Oct 2023 19:02) The lady who took my order giving me attitude before I even say anything. I ask for sesame sauce because it has run out on the counter, and that chinese lady said we are busy now and the sauce need to be cooking for 10mins. After 10 mins my meal is already got cold so I stood up and asked again, the other lady gives me attitude as well, she walk away and makes that face. When I back to my seat I can hear they are complaining in the kitchen…… and the end she eventually brings out the sesame sauce from a fridge in a different room instead of what that said before about cooking it. Come on if you don’t want your job quit, don’t give customers that attitude. I hope the boss hire better people in the futures, your current staff are...
