Muffin Break Ormiston — Restaurant in Howick

I wish they had 0 zeros stars I would give them because they don't deserve any stars. I should have read the previous reviews of their service. They have no sense of good customer service. Staff act like they own the place. So much attitude. We bought 5 frappe coffee by looking at the photo they had there. we expected to look same but we didn't even get anything same like it. The manager was also there and was no help because she knows how to cover up her staff mistakes and bad service. The staff even tried to tell me how should I speak to them. They are so unprofessional and I don't think they were given proper customer service training. They refuse to except their mistake. They show you something else and serve you with something else. FALSE...

I can't believe these reviews, my experience at muffin break Ormiston was certainly not positive, this place really needs to hire new employees ASAP, The Asian man who served me had a horrible customer service he spoke to me so rudely, I ordered a coffee and a sausage roll, my coffee did not have enough milk and my sausage roll was very unpleasant in taste, I complained to the Asian man and the young Indian boy at the counter they refused to accept my feedback and responded so rudely, so I asked to speak to the manager and when I spoke to the young Indian lady with glasses she did not care at, the Asian man and Indian just laughed at me. This was the worst customer service experience ever I do not recommend...

20 July, 2021, Time: 11:45am - Had the worst experience of my life at MUFFIN BREAK ORMISTON cafe today. Have been to so many cafes but never ever experienced such horrible customer service. Ordered 2 pots of tea, received a very tiny pottle of milk, when my daughter went to ask for more milk, the asian staff member was very rude to her. After she spoke to the Manager, the asian staff member brought a cup of milk and shoved it at my daughter. Then him and other staff members started talking about my daughter and laughing at her.
