I bought a slice of cheescake and a coffee to go. The woman behind the counter seemed very confused by my basic order. There were about 10 people ahead of me waiting for drinks (which I didn't realise as they were all sitting down).
Sat there for 20 minutes, during which time each of the customers, one-by-one, went up to the front counter asking why their drinks were taking so long. This would slow the woman down even more, as she was the only staff member. No other coffee club I've visited has ever just had 1 person doing everything, and this was a busy time.
In the 20 minutes I was there she barely made 2 drinks, and had to read a manual while making smoothies and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I couldn't wait around, and knew I would get a non-answer if I spoke to her, so I walked out. Went to muffin break across the hall and got my coffee in 2 minutes (highly recommend 😊).
The cheesecake was very tough and tasted off, so I threw it away. Waste of money for no coffee or food. Please TRAIN your staff before putting them on solo. Better yet, don't have one person who doesn't know what they're doing running the whole show.
I'll never return. Please go to the vastly superior muffin break across the hall, or the excellent coffee club in Botany Junction where the staff are competent and lovely.

The woman who identified herself as the manager took too long to come and serve us even though there was no other customers. Noticed that the coffee cup was very light once she handed me the coffee, I decided to check how much coffee and how froth was in it. For a $7 coffee they were selling me one third coffee with two thirds of froth. I asked the extremely rude woman behind the counter for a large cup to show how much quantity I was getting. Once I poured and showed it to her, she said it was normal for coffee to have so much froth and I am sure I have never seen so much froth in coffee from other places. She took my coffee and placed it in the kitchen area and refused to give me my coffee back saying she has thrown it away. She will not give me my coffee even though I said I will go and review you. She said she did not care. When I reminded her that I had paid for coffee that she was not giving me, she said that how it is because I complained. I had to start recording a video on my phone for her to actually give me my coffee that she had placed in the kitchen area with other dirty utensils. They should not be allowed to run a business. I have gone through all the reviews out of which 3 reviews mentioned about this Asian guy rude Responses to customers, i hope this wont get repeated and make customers disappointed.
I hope Coffee Club Management look after this Customer service standards, hope its not too late, its just 2 star not to get ruined by just 1 person.
