On the 26 of July at 3:58 ,2 pizzas (Hawaiian and Pepperoni) were delivered to my house , I opened the box to find 1 of my pizza slices switched out for a small one (you can clearly see in the photo) so I called the place up and an Indian woman answered the phone .i explained my situation and she started to give me attitude and told me to come to the shop when I asked for a refund or a new pizza (she didn’t say anything about bringing the pizza in) I end up going down with my little sister and we ask to talk to the manager and the woman who was on the phone comes, so we re explain the situation and she said that the manager dropped it off (a white asian male in normal clothes dropped it off) when she clearly is the manager and she was trying to get out of it. She went around the corner and grabbed another co-worker (she said he was the manager now)and then we start arguing then I try to explain to him about the pizza slices switched and he wasn’t understanding, but then they started to ask us to go back home and get the pizzas WITH ATTITUDE !!!! But we had already eaten the slices but mind you we asked the manager 3 times if we should bring the pizza in but she gave no answer and just told us to come in store .while arguing another co worker buttons in the his 50c or conversation and tried to make up some bull I wish I could add videos but I can’t because I recorded the entire conversation …….DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY HAVE HAD MANY COMPLAINTS AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, IF YOUR PIZZA IS SIMILAR TO MINE TAKE IT IN BEFORE EATING IT SO YOH CAN GET UR MONEY BACK OR A...
Read moreFood fine but almost seemed like the staff was trying to make things busier than need be.
Food is fine but in store customer service could improve. It almost seemed like the person behind the desk was trying to make things difficult and busy. I went to pick up my order. I gave my name and paid then he strangely walked off then started serving someone else without telling me where my order was or giving it to me.
After serving another person he came back and said my order would be another couple of minutes. I said ok. I then asked if I could order something else to be delivered. He said 'you want this delivered?'. I said I want to take my order Ive paid for already then order something else to be delivered later.
He then took my order and gave a price on the EFTPOS pay machine then walked off to serve someone else. He looked at me while serving someone else and I said 'are you serving me or someone else ? You haven't taken my address'. He then said 'oh you want delivery? We can't do delivery for payment in store'. I said ok just cancel it.
It all seemed so straightforward. Is it unreasonable to expect me to be able to pay for my order then to just be given my order or at least be told if there's more of a wait without the staff needing to start serving someone else in the middle ? And is it a challenging question to ask can I order something to be delivered and to just get a clear answer and to complete the interaction without being interrupted ? I wasn't a challenging customer. It just seemed like basic focus of communication and serving one person at a time...
Read moreThe Indian lady i spoke to on the phone today, didn’t serve me well. I’ve been ordering from this place for years and haven’t experienced anything like this. I’m not going to make a big fuss abt the situation cuz you never know what someone’s going thru that resulted in poor service, but i think the store manager should be aware of this incident. I ordered a pizza on phone for delivery and was told you don’t have a eftpos machine so i agreed to pay cash. The lady claims she’s knocked my door really loud and no one opened. Which I don’t believe at all, bcuz our front door is really loud even with a little bit of noise. And if she really banged it like she claims, me or anyone in my family would’ve heard it. She texted me saying not to waste food and her time. But idk why a hungry customer would delay to pick their order, when they have the convenience of it being dropped off? But then i called her and asked her abt the situation. She said she’ll come to drop off. I agreed cuz I had been waiting for a really long time at that point. Once she left I opened the box only to realise she got my order wrong. So texted her number again, and she’s now telling me next time she’ll make it right and give me a free one. Is that even allowed? She said that she didn’t take my order right. Im just so confused about this situation cuz I’ve never had this happen to me in the past 6+ years of buying pizzas here. I hope this doesn’t happen again cuz it was just an annoying...
