Came here last night. First of all food was great. However what really let us down was the short staffing leading to exceptionally long wait times. We waited 45 mins after taking our seats to get a jug a water and for our drinks order to be taken. 1h45m to get our mains. It was busy yes but the staff did not seem to be working cohesively together. I got three sorrys for it taking so long but this was a really bad dine in experience and made us not feel valued as customers. We will not dine in here again. I went here with a group of 6 people, atmosphere was lovely, and friendly. Our drinks orders and food orders were taken in a timely manner however when it came to delivery of the food, it was very staggered. mine came first then about 15 mins later another 3 dishes came then maybe 10 mins later the last two. so i was waiting about 30 mins before i started my food for everybody else to get theirs so we could eat together - hence my dinner was almost cold by that point. very disappointing. It’s New Year’s Eve of 2024, some restaurants must book in advance, we just walked in. ⏰ Basically all the dishes are coming with steamed rice which we didn’t know 3 dish for 2 person is really a big proportion. The Tom kah is made with coconut cream which is a fusion modern thai food 🥘 which is really yummy 🤤 ! It’s quite different so even if you have tried Tom yum before you can try this too!
