I have moved from the UK to New Zealand and was looking for a car when I arrived, after looking at many car dealerships I came across Drive and Save. I am so happy I stopped to have a look! Amazing selections of cars for all different types of ages and prices. I fell in love with a car that I saw and wanted it to be mine! I thought the process was going to be quite long due to wanting finance - but I was wrong. One of the lovely team members at Drive and Save called Sarah made this process easy and stress free which was amazing. I am part of the younger generation so was worried about certain parts of the finance but sarah always made sure that I felt reassured and answered any questions I had- even if they seemed a bit silly! The car that I brought had a foreign radio system which I wanted upgraded, the team at Drive and Save installed one of their upgraded radio systems which came with Bluetooth and a reverse camera included. This was at an excellent price and was fitted quickly and efficiently. Due to the warranty it comes with this makes it very reliable and easy to use. This allows using maps and playing your favourite music with just one touch of a button. - stress free. Paid cash, had excellent service with the man I originally bought it off, delivered to our motel while we were isolation for when we got out. Just over a year later the engine crapped itself as we were heading into taupo for hubby’s birthday. I rang drive n save to see if I had warranty and the lady I got was very very rude! Saying oh well and actually laughing. So wasn’t expecting that reaction. I wish I’d got her name so I could put it on here. Very disappointed not even an apology for what’s happened even though it wasn’t her fault some sympathy would’ve been appreciated. $6,000 bill later to get it fixed.I pick my car up. In response to your reply Sarah. No I did not swear at you! And continue swearing at you? How rude of you to say that publicly. How ridiculous. And also it was serviced regularly. How rude also for you to assume that. And lastly 30,000kms is all your cars are capable of travelling before dying? Like I said $15,000 May not be a lot of cash to you, but to myself it is a lot and I expected it to last longer than 13-14months. And yet. Still no apology. Just ANOTHER rude reply from you.
