Carl's Jr Glenfield Mall — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

Fast food, came out fast like fast food. I enjoyed my burger from the fast food place. This is by far my favorite fast food, food. I was down and under sulking in the shadows, until i took a bite of my carls jr burger... sunshines, rainbows and butterflies all entire my life, i am now 30 years old, with a wife and kids. We've been eating these carls jr burgers for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the past 20 years.. and with the upmost sincerity, The Dixon Family.. and when say this, I believe it's from everyone, thank you carls...

Came here a few days ago and ordered a Portabello Mushroom burger combo. The food was fresh and hot and the man who took my order was happy and welcoming.

The store is extremely clean which is probably because this Carl's is a new store. The only issue I had with this place is the size of the dining and waiting area.

Granted it's attached to the mall, however....when Zambrero was at this location, their dining area was large in comparison. You're out of luck if you're looking at dining in if it's a little busy.

Other than...

My wife went to order online, unfortunately they don’t give an option to alter your meal so she called. The lady on the phone said “you can just order online” and after she explained that she is allergic to cheese and cannot make changes she then took our order over the phone only to then get home with the order after picking it up and find that all the burgers had cheese in it. When my wife went to call to complain they seemed to have disconnected their phone line! Seems to have no regards to people with allergies absolutely...
