Been to this Taco Bell maybe 4 or 5 times since they opened. Definitely not my favourite due to service. They seem to hire young staff with 0 work experience which I can understand if they put the time in to train them. Terrible attitude from multiple young counter staff The week they opened the girl at the counter was rolling her eyes at customers, sharing food with her friend who was standing on the customer side just talking to her. Visibly hiding from her manager while they were getting slammed. Bless the hard working chef that had to keep reminding her to do her job or doing it for her meanwhile preparing endless orders. Just ordered delivery and they forgot our sauce. I called and the girl kept asking how to put it on speaker and told me I could come in to get my sauce. Ordered delivery for a reason, simply refund the item is all that was needed but she said she’d have to ask her manager if they could do that and I probably wouldn’t hear back until tomorrow..

Tried taco bell for the 1st time and last time. Spent $60 on food with family. Got a chicken soft shell taco. Had trouble finding the chicken. 4 little pieces of chicken at bottom. Was just all lettuce complained and was told that's the standard serving. Also got a burrito and was mainly rice and black beans no meat. Only good thing was the fries but we're spicy after asking I they were spicy and been told no. Now the store was an absolute mess. All tables were dirty had to ask for them to be cleaned. The floor just had rubbish and food everywhere. No care to clean it. Overall experience was just terrible. Management need to sort this store it just opened...
