Update as of 24-Nov-23: Yesterday, I gave Domino's Glenfield a second chance to see if the quality had improved. To my surprise, I had the worst experience ever with a rude staff member trying to cheat me again by providing a pizza with missing ingredients. They seemed to expect that I would take the pizza unattended, without noticing that it was incorrect.
After a few back-and-forths, the discussion escalated as he kept stubbornly arguing that Domino's was not wrong because I was not clear enough in my request, etc. In reality, if he had been polite and professional, a simple 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience' would have quickly fixed the problem.
I then sent feedback through their website, and the response was even worse, as I described the terrible experience, and the attendant replied that the money had been refunded, again, without any "apologies." They just don't care about the customers.
This confirms that the Glenfield branch sucks. giving 1 star as Domino's used to be a good value for the money, and they suddenly changed their policy, making thing much worse for the customers as below: 1) before: if you were not happy with the pizza, the would refund you. now: they removed this policy and you are not allowed to get a refund even if there is something wrong with your pizza.
before: any customization was reflected on the price regardless which ingredient you are changing. You were able to remove the cheese from any cheese pizza and that change was decreasing the final price, which is fair. now: any customization only increases the price, even if it removes ingredients. So if you decide to remove the cheese, for example, the cost for that cheese is not deducted anymore, which is unfair.
before: after you set up your custom pizza by changing toppings, etc, you've been charged extra $4 for the extra large size, and you were able to predict the total amount you were gonna pay for the pizza as the $4 was what you were paying to make your pizza bigger. That was fair. now: they charge you $4 for the extra large size and each topping has its price increased accordingly. So now, the charge for the extra large size only applies to the base, not the toppings. It turns out your $15 custom pizza might jump to $25 if you change its size. Hi there today i have ordered a pizza from Glenfield north shore shop. It was really bad experience. I collect pizza came back home when i opened it there is a very less cheese almost no cheese and all the vege on different direction. I only thought i am eating pizza sauce. When i call in shop manager says you need to come to us. Return the pizza and we will give you replacement. I said i am already at home. Anyhow when i go over there i show him pizza he said pizza is fine. He admit its a low quality pizza then he said "comeon man its only $4 pizza" i said okay i will send this picture to your headoffice and they will decide.
He says if you contact to headoffice then i will not give you replacement. I waste my petrol of my car try to get replacement but he is blackmail me. Then after that i said okay refund my money. He said "you already ate two pieces of pizza i cant refund" it is terrible. The picture of the person is attached with this email. You can see he is Chinese and talking on phone. Because i dont want to get ripped of my money that is why i took pictures and small video clip that atleast i have some evidence.
In video and pictures you can see they are not even using hot box to make pizza warm. After making a pizza they put it on the top of the oven and the save money. And quality get low. This is my third time complaint to your headoffice and that is why all pizzas get cold. I am looking forward compensation because this guy try to blackmail me. You can see in last picture all the pizzas are on the top of the oven not in the hot box. I request you guys take an action seal this place until and unless they will assure that they will maintain your standards...this is crazy

I call to the shop describing the desapointme was met with questionable motives and suggested I bring the piazza back , at the very brink of the all blacks game starting.further more,the arrogance of of management attitude to return at my own accord,fuel and the fact the culture of a good game with a well established outfit to bring to the table ,and correct an issue of not accommodating the clients request to put right a very simple issue. The response was astonishing to say the least , As I clearly ordered somthing I never recieved. Dominos,we are not trying to get free ride but for you to acknowledge pure customer service coupled with putting it right however, you have failed the company as a whole for the arrogance and exchange of words tables between management.
We live in a world of reviews and customers satisfaction however, its blatantly appealing, Dominons will never be what they portray on a daily basis.
