Guys, they only let me review a store once but I need to get this out about maccas birkenhead… THE *ING DID IT AGAIN… they gave me THE MOST DELECTABLE, mouth watering cheeseburger I have ever had the grace of laying my eyes upon (within maccas territory) not once, but TWICE. I didn’t think it was possible; a once in a lifetime chance, but no. They did it. Maccas Birkenhead *ING DID IT. It was like the atomic bomb, I thought they could only do it once, but they did it again within the same year. Greatest maccas experience of all time. People be crying that they’re food is mid as if they didn’t just willingly go to a maccas, like bro it aint that deep that ur iced latte was mildly worse than the BP.. this is maccas why u crying about it on google reviews.. and it’s just straight up bs, idc what u gotta say about maccas Birkenhead they been able to recreate the impossible and that needs praise. Shout out to the staff u be killin it at 3am honestly the franchisee of this store is doing a disservice if they don’t be reimbursing all there profits onto their employees cause u guys deserve it. Anyway franchisee I’m lookin at u bro, I got receipts so don’t be taking this down any time soon. This what the people gotta hear. $10,000 bonuses for maccas Birkenhead employees the least u can do bro let’s be real, don’t try silence me. U may own the greatest McDonald’s of all time but those employees which just made my cheeseburger are the heart and soul of that restaurant. it aint u bro. U...

I went there with my partner around 9pm on 2nd April 2018. The place was dirty, not clean, tidy .. of course there is not lot of customers coz who wants to have food there?? .food hygiene .... no staff tried to tidy up... table is really sticky with juice... chips n paper on the floor. I think the night manager has to take a responsibility n ask staffs to do.. I don’t think the manager is doing his job properly that’s y staffs doesn’t follow. I wonder how he got the manager position. Anyway we ordered new product which has Lettus , melted cheese, chicken, looks so delicious from the ads poster but when we looked at our burger doesn’t have any onions, cheese is not melting so my partner went to talk with the manager (indian male) he hasn’t looked at but he said “ oh there is only tiny bit” also “we burnt it so they didn’t put it, so you still want onions?” My partner was so speechless with the response came from his mouth.... so that’s shame he doesn’t follow the system and how to make burger... how he got the manager position... he is the manager and he has to look after the staff, customer and McDonald business ... anyway his explanation for my partner’s feedback was not really ... he decided to give us “one large chips” lol we did this feedback because for chips ... we dont want other customer to have the same experience. I don’t think this shop keep running a business well... we want it to stay there but oh well other burger shop near by so.. good luck!! Never never go back...

The restaurant itself was filthy, not one person eating in there but every single table was dirty with food and rubbish, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month and same could be said for the windows. Kids playground always closed and they haven’t had flavours for the frozen drinks for about 6 months! Guy making hamburgers had long hair not tied back or covered and I actually watched him making the burgers a bun thrown on each side of the box, squirt of sauce meat thrown on then flipped the box closed and slid it down to the other end of the counter. Finally an explanation to why their burgers are literally falling to bits and half the filling is sitting on the wrapping rather than actualky in your burger, slamming it closed and hoping the top bun lands in the right place??? Cheeseburger had no mustard pickle or onion just Tom sauce meat and cheese slice. My Filet o Fish was cold-cold, bun tough and fish cold and dry. There’s no hit or miss here unfortunately it’s always terrible food and always dirty. Have noticed some older gentlemen working on Friday’s etc I think they’re the owners but dressed in grubby clothes, no uniform or clean attire, not following hygiene standards and are rude. I stood at their counter almost 10 minutes and they all saw me but hoped someone else would serve me. Not going back again even though they’re up the road. Barely edible and too dirty all round for me. ZERO out of 10...
