Subway — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

Overall very clean and tidy. Easy access for wheel chairs etc as it is on a flat path. Parking just outside store, though it does fill up quickly due to the McDonald's next door and petrol station customers. I am VERY OCD (I actually do have slight ocd but it is worse for different situations) when it comes to sandwiches everything has to be equal, even and straight. I explain this to the poor server that gets me, or my husband buying one for me at dinner and/or lunch, they are so patient, no one working here has ever eye rolled or looked peeved at my constant checking that everything is as asked for, they're so polite, accommodating and friendly even when they are busy!! I highly recommend coming here as the foot long that I usually get will keep very well the same day and day after since I can't finish a foot long sub unless I havent been able to eat for a couple of days (I have gastroparesis). The cookies are always reliably delish and cant fault anything about the salads on offer as I've never seen the lettuce wilted or browned.

They have NEVER gotten my order wrong so I'm a happy customer each time. I think they do have a couple of chairs at a table.. possibly 2 tables, to dine in, but have always taken away personally. Worth 5 stars for staff, excellent sandwich making, cleanliness and ease to get to + you can get a coffee/tea other drink and another type of dessert not just cookies from subway, at the same time from the petrol station...

had quite genuinely the most positive experience i've ever had in a subway in my entire life tonight - staff member (i'm so sorry i didn't catch your name!) working sat 16 nov at 11pm was such a kind, friendly, courteous and accomodating lady and despite the fact that i never expect any semblance of a positive serving experience from anywhere at 11pm (because, honestly, i get it), let alone a subway, i was so pleasantly surprised by her service that i had to write a review. i'm being so serious right now. thank you for offering to warm up my cookies - that has never happened to me before at a subway and while i'm so upset i've been missing out on such a pivotal experience, i appreciate it dearly. toastie was great as well, as...

Worst store of all. Unfortunately it’s our local.really understaffed, not one friendly person to greet you. You mostly have to call out. All a miserable looking lot including the lady owner. In fact she’s probably the worst. Each time we go in we get less and less fillings.a pinch of every thing and spread out.
