TANK Glenfield - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

Unfortunately the last few times I’ve gone the customer service has been a contributing factor as to why i will no longer purchase from here the last few times it’s been rude, they have interrupted me to finish my orders name and the quality on the smoothies now have gone down hill.

I have just waited for just under 15 minutes to order and was still Not even acknowledged before walking out. No there is a wait time…. Not even a glance on my direction… Or even a Hello. The young girl was just in her own world on the touch screen computer giggling …. For 15 minutes! I used to regularly attend here on a daily basis for my lunch, but unfortunately not anymore. The Pita pit next door is far more welcoming and they do some great smoothie options that don’t leave you waiting 15-25 minutes...

This girl had no customer service.Extremely rude,no smile, no greeting, we got there at 7:45 standing waiting for our orders to be taken, after 2 minutes walks to the counter then points at the sign “on break until 7:50” so we smiled said okay we’ll come back later, we went back at 8pm still ignoring us washing the dishes and there was another customer in front of us he then looked at us and said what is going on, yet the staff just kept playing busy so then we left very disappointed 😞 we will never return to the one in glenfield. so then we went to Albany tank.

Zero customer service Zero effort Zero business care.

Really terrible customer service. Both times I have been I have never been greeted or asked what I want to order despite The place having been empty and I have been the one to say hi and ask if I can order something. The staff seem more interested in their own conversations than doing their job. When I finally ordered I was given the wrong drink and the second time when I ordered two tanks of the day I was only given one and had to wait whilst they made the second...
