Domino's Pizza Mangere East — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

I rang to order a pick up at 10pm not only did the lady repeatedly say she couldn't hear me&hang up I also got the answer machine saying a rep will be with me soon &for 5mins I had to listen to his silly message then abruptly hang up that went on for 15mins Wen I finally got hold of a rep the lady who had repeatedly hung up on me saying she couldn't hear me....but suddenly can NOW only to tell me sorry we close in 10mins we can't take Ur order it's impossible!!!! I just think that is poorly managed not only did I waste 25mins on the pH I ended up pizza-less I'd be surprised if I'm the Only one who experienced this problem & am quite disappointed with the whole experience it's definitely made me want to venture to other pizza stores like pizza hut or hells pizza after being a15yrs religiously loyal...

I ordered excatly 3 minutes after they open, i buy the priority delivery and it was esti 10:21-10:31 the time comes and im waitibg with my money its about 10 minutes now. 10:40 i call the shop and ask if u can cancel the order and then he says the delivery is on the way and hangs up and says the delivery driver was on the way then.And i live a 5 minute drive from the shop. Ontop of it all the food was yuck, burnt soggy...
