A car load of us have been travelling between Whanganui and Cambridge once a month for the last few months. We call off for breakfast on the way up bout 7am going through the drive thru... the guys on the window every time are polite and their customer service is awesome!!! On the way home we call in about 6pm and eat in, again, the service is awesome!! Called in there yesterday evening and as we sat and ate we observed how well they all worked as a team, the young woman who served us had a smile on her face, she engaged well, the guy who brought food over was awesome!!! The service from everyone we’ve come across each time we’ve been there has been top notch!!! Of course, we’ve been to maccas millions of time’s all over many years over our life time lol, so we’ve got lots to compare it to!!
Very impressed by the young staff of McDonald’s Taumarunui!!!!...

The toilets were absolutely FERAL. Men's toilet cubicle door lock was broken, and toilet was a Health Hazard. Disabled Loo was also disgusting. I don't know how people can leave a public restroom so bad, but I think the Staff should have been on to it. I did mention it to a Staffer on the way out. Not sure whether the feedback was taken...

Hi-viz vest on with iconic NZ logo and still invisible to these people. I stood at the counter with one other person and was completely ignored for almost ten minutes before I lost patience and walked out. Yes, it was me who said the F word as I left the building and I'm sure I'm not the first. I had been driving for 10 hours and really longed for something hot and delicious to keep me going until my shift ended but certainly didn't get it there. Pirongia was worth driving to instead and I won't ever consider stopping in Taumarunui again unless there's a...
