Domino's Pizza Glen Innes — Restaurant in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

Service at Domino's Otahuhu is usually pretty friendly and most staff here try their best to make your meal a tasty, hot and satisfy experience (most) unfortunately on the odd occasion, I have experienced a couple of male staff members that were clearly not interested in serving customers nor making the orders correctly eg I ordered x2 Pepperoni Puff Rolls (2 PK) Pastries expecting to get 4 in total as paid for online but when picking up at the counter, I quickly noticed that they had only cooked 2. When I explained I'd had paid for 4 and he after double checking my order receipt. The staff member looked at me blankly, shrugged his shoulders and mumbled "Sorry yeah should've been two" then proceeded to tell me rather arrogantly, that as they were closing soon they wouldn't be able to cook the other two - a refund was given but it has been my most disappointing experience here to date. I understand staff can be tired at the end of the day but acting as if it was my fault for them not reading the order properly is a bit off - so was too was serving the under baked pastry rolls that I did receive that night. Domino's in Glen Innes

My daughter had a birthday party yesterday. I ordered pizzas including a gluten-free one at extra cost. As most mums would be in the same situation, having a kid's birthday party is VERY stressful, so I chose pizzas as the simple catering option and I asked my hubby to pick them up from Glen Innes Domino's on the way from work.

When the pizzas arrived , I noticed there was NO tick marked for the gluten-free one. I was just shocked & had to find out which one is GF?? Even though there is a space for staff to indicate GF or VEGAN on the side of the box, this had not been done (see attached photo).This is very disappointing !!

I was supposed to be taking good care of all the kids without their parents during the party & I don't even want to think of the worst case scenario.

Eventually I called the Domino's 0800 number & the operator tried to explain which one was GF. (Honestly it's very tricky to tell which one is GF base with 'simply cheese' & 'cheesy garlic pizza'.)

Shame on you, Domino's!!!

They always get the order wrong. I ordered my meal to be delivered and it was delivered however it wasn't what I ordered. Instead of ringing me to let me know they didn't have Mac and cheese croquettes, which is what I wanted they made the choice for me and gave spicy chicken which by the way me and my kids can't eat spicy food due to medical reasons. And to add insult to injury, they forgot to bring the drink. The driver did try to make a mends by saying he'll go back and get it...1 hour later nothing so I rang the store and they apologized and offered free Mac and cheese croquettes which I already discovered they didn't have and that they will deliver it free of charge with the drink. 5 hours after the phone call they still hadn't arrived so I had to go to the store and get a refund and although they said sorry I felt it wasn't enough. If your going to make promises you can't keep, so to speak. Then you should just offer a refund straight away. My time was wasted and my patience tried. So I would not be recommending this...
