Tonight we went to KFC Panmure to buy a Summer pack worth $60. The meal included 18 pieces chicken, 2 Potato's & Gravy and 2 large Chips. It was my mother birthday and we rushed to her house and pop in at KFC to get Dinner. My wife was service by 2 people who took her order. When we arrived at my house and opened up the pack. We discovered that we were given only 11 pieces. My wife tried to call the branch twice however no one picked up the phone. So we had to make a trip to the branch. When we arrived we spoke to the Duty Manager in charge and explained what happened. We were judge straight away and we felt that we were lying and he assured us they packed the correct amount of chicken. When we explained that we wouldn’t be here if the quantity of the chicken was right. He explained that he would have to get his Branch Manager to check the cameras in the morning and we would have to come. I was starting to get really frustrated and annoyed with service as I felt that he made us look like criminals and we were lying. I than requested to speak to the manager as he was not listings. He ended to get a colleagues who was a chef and again we explained the situation. She understood and explained what their process is about the camera which I understood however they could check the camera in the morning and give me a call of there findings but they could sort out the issues and gives us our chicken pieces that were missing. They finally agree after 5 minutes go back and forward. I look forward to hear the response from Head offices or the branch manager to follow up...
Read more2/4/23 Sunday Glen Innes KFC. I ordered a burger combo around 11:30am and the service was the worst experience yet. After serving a customer before me. The girl knew I was waiting to be served but didnt even acknowledge that i was there. She totally ignored me for about a good 3mins. Was communicating with the other girl out the back, then she comes around, knew that i was was waiting to be served but walked straight passed me with no eye contact, no hello, nothing. I couldnt believe it. There was only 2 customers in the resturant and the drive through wasnt even busy when I arrived. I was going to dine in and have my meal there but changed my mind because of staff rudeness. So I sat in my car to have my meal. The worst thing yet the burger bun was hard and stale the patty was rubbery, sauce overpowered the patty and the chips burnt my mouth. Had no spoon in the packed for my potato and gravy by that time was pretty pissed off with those girls especially the one who took my order. I didnt waist my time going back in to discuss with the girl because I wouldnt have got anywhere with it. In the end chucked my meal out because the food was discusting. will not be going to Glen Innes KFC ever again to pay for crap service and crap food from those 2 girls and I question why they were hired in the first place.
Please note: if you are going to add a comment be sure to add the names of the people that serve you and the location so we dont get them mixed up with other good staff and food services that come under the...
Read moreI ordered a bucket of chicken, fries, regular gravy, and a 1.5L Coke Zero (which was $7.49 for a bottle) via delivery. The driver arrived with my order, but the drink was missing. He informed me that the store didn’t give him the drink and suggested I call them. The delivery driver was polite and helpful, but that’s where the positive experience ended.
When I called the Panmure store, I was shocked by the rude and dismissive attitude of an employee named Monita. She completely lacked any sense of customer service. Instead of listening to my concern, she repeatedly told me, “This is an online delivery problem,” and insisted that I contact the driver or lodge a complaint online. When I asked for the driver’s number to resolve the issue, she rudely replied, “Call the head office,” and continued to treat me as if my issue didn’t matter.
As a paying customer who didn’t receive my full order, I expected at least some effort or acknowledgment from the store. Monita’s response was completely unprofessional and dismissive—she couldn’t have cared less about providing even basic assistance.
I’ve always loved KFC, but this experience has made me question returning to this location. My advice to KFC: please invest in training your staff, especially Monita, on how to treat customers with respect and handle basic...
