Burger King Nelson — Restaurant in Nelson

I moved to nelson from chch 2 years ago always been a big burger king lover I have been to nelson burger king ten times since I moved here and McDonalds 100 every time I go yo burger king its to give it another chance out of hope, on 20/8/19 at 7.30 pm I went there it was quite maybe one guy eating in I was in the drive through I ordered a chicken tendercrisp combo and 2 cheese burger as I pulled up to the window I watched as the staff member itched his beard franticly with his bear hands before putting my chips In the bag, and then like they always do every time I go there no matter what the order is how big or small they make me park up and wait for 18 minutes before bringing my food out, everything besides the tendercrisp had gone cold , this place is an absolute abortion every time I try and give it a go its either filthy and just as slow when you go in or its terrible service and bad hygiene through the drive through , you need to be shut down and that's...

We came in at 1pm on a Sunday and there was a waiting queue that was very long. We placed our orders on the self service device and no one seemed to be getting their orders. There was only ONE person making the orders and ONE person giving out the orders. Everyone was getting very annoyed as been waiting 20+ minutes to get their orders. Even the drive through people had to wait that long. We told them to cancel our orders and get a refund and she said that since it was on order she couldn't cancel and refund us. We told these young teenagers that when they hear our order name that they could get our order for themselves. We went across the road to a Cafe and ordered, got our orders heated and walked back to our car to see the same people before us waiting for their orders. We had one of the worst experiences yesterday. Although the store usually closes at 10 PM, we placed an online order and arrived around 9:35 PM to pick it up. The main entrance was already closed, and a staff member directed us to the drive-thru. We followed the instruction, but ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no response or acknowledgement.

Eventually, a staff member came to serve us, but unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, especially considering we had placed our order well before closing time.
