Chimichanga — Restaurant in Nelson

Simon, you have something great going and I couldn't be happier for you. My fiancé and I live in Auckland, and we struggle week after week to find decent authentic Mexican food. We are both Americans who now live in New Zealand, but we are from Arizona where there is some excellent Mexican joints. So our standards are quite high, but when traveling to Nelson we just happened to walk by folding sign of Chimichanga, said it wasn't serving till 4pm, and at this time it was 2:45pm. So we decided any Mexican food is worth the wait, so we bounced around town till 4pm, and headed over to try some chimichangas. I am going on record these are one of the best chimichangas I have ever tasted. That is saying something, coming from us since we lived in Phoenix, Arizona. Now they aren't the size of what you would get a Macayo's or Valle Luna, back home in Arizona, because American sizes are bonkers anyhow, but the taste was divine. And finally!!!
