Pizzeria Bella — Restaurant in Nelson

Booked table for 4 for 7pm as had movie tickets for 8.20 Beauty and the Beast. Waited to be seated to be told just choose one off two at back? We then placed drinks order which took a while, once girl came back 4 small pizzas were ordered. The kitchen was busy but I think waiting 45 minutes to receive 2 of the 4 pizzas and one was cold, other warm, to then ask after they were nearly finished where the others were at which point the girl approached the kitchen and asked but didn't return to say anything? Number 3 arrived at same time as table behind us @ who ordered after us, plus alot of takeaway were going past us😨informed waitress we had movie to get to, number 4 finally arrived 8pm by which time she was pretty much eating on her own while we paid and got the car to collect at door to just make movie. Am I annoyed hell yes!😡 I raved about this place to my parents whom I took tonight and after that shambles, oh and no dessert won't be going back. Complained about wait and cold pizzas when paying, finally get told sorry for the wait they had trouble with burnt pizzas. Yeah right . Disappointing service. Ordered and after 50 minutes wait we received 2 of the 4 pizzas then the third came 5 minutes later after asking staff where the other 2 were. Staff failed to give any form of customer service. The fourth then arrived another five minutes after which meant the other three people had eaten their pizzas which If you're going for a meal together you want to eat together which is just basic table etiquette. Arguing was clear and heard in the kitchen. First two pizzas were also cold as they sat on the bench being ignored by the servers I almost got up to get them myself. To sum up my experience absulotely underwhelming I'm not one to ever feel the need to badly review somewhere but worst dinner service experience this year by far I will not be recommending this one and hope no one has to receive such underwhelming and poor service please do yourself a favor and go...

Wow...... where do I start.... Ordered 5 pizzas online for pick up in 40 mins at 7pm. Waited a further 45 minutes so didn't get pizza until 7.45pm. Then only got 2 of the 5 pizzas I ordered. Tired hungry children at home waiting. Several people in front of me had also been waiting a very long time for their orders too. Everyone in kitchen obviously disorganized and flustered. Owner snapping at staff. Obviously no proper online ordering system. Thing that got me most was the way the owner tried to blame the lovely young lady that had only been there 2 days and very clearly had been given no proper training. I felt so sorry for her as she was doing her best. Admittedly the 2 pizzas we got were delicious and the owner gave us a full refund but the attitude, disorganization and way staff were treated was poor. Not in a hurry to go back...
