Dear Owner,
Thank you for your response
Service Sequence: I understand that serving entrees and main courses together might be a unique approach, but traditionally, entrees are served first, followed by the main course. This sequence allows guests to enjoy each course fully.
Communication: If there were delays due to a busy kitchen, it would have been helpful to inform us upfront. This way, we could have managed our expectations or considered other dining options. It seemed that online orders were prioritized over dine-in customers, which affected our experience.
Timing of Mains: Initially, we were told our mains would take 20 minutes, but they arrived in 10 minutes after we expressed our intention to cancel. This discrepancy was confusing, especially since we had already waited 45 minutes since placing our order.
Mutual Respect: I have great respect for chefs and staff, understanding the pressures they face. However, mutual respect is crucial. When customers are treated with respect, it fosters a positive dining experience for everyone involved.

I was getting very disappointed on a regular basis with all the other Indian restaurants who seem to just throw together something thinking I won't care, and every time I was waiting to taste the spices, or feel the heat, but nothing! The Spice Curry Kitchen cook/owner has been there and done that and now want's you to have the best Indian curry experience possible. He cooks with passion and integrity, and I have every reason to return and make this my only Indian curry destination.
I went in and sat down at a table on my own and was treated with just as much respect as any other group of customers. Thank you 🙏

Read moreWow Nelson what a gem! I have stuck to our usual haunts and thought I would give these newcomers a go. Aside from their original menu items the prices themselves are way below the other restaurants. I was a bit suspicious, but needn't have been. The food was fresh, well constructed, and generous. Service was attentive, understated, and very professional. The decor is good but not polished like the chain restaurants, which may put some off, but look beyond. This is my new first choice. If you haven't tried yet, do yourself a favor. I had mushroom prawn with naan (prawn dish not pictured). It was beyond expectation and the naan (pictured) was layered and delicate. I highly recommend you give...
