Sorry guys I was really hoping we would like the pizza here but think we will stick to Hells pizza and domino's. The delivery driver was really nice and we did enjoy the onion rings but it's just such a shame the pizza had basically no base sauce it was like there was maybe 2 teaspoons of base sauce for the whole pizza the cheese and seasonings were actually nice and the bases pretty good but ruined because of the virtually zero base sauce on the pizza which made it so much drier than it should be I had also ordered a margarita pizza but was given two garlic cheese pizzas instead so that was disappointing the diced tomatoes would have at least made the pizza less dry the chips were also cold I hope you guys take this as constructive criticism on what you can improve on .

Pizza not cooked. This place used to be a regular go to as it was the best pizza by far in this price range. Recently have gotten pizza and both times the pizza was severely undercooked. Thin and crispy is soft and flacid like a soggy pancake. Full pan pizza looked okay but the inner dough in the base was chewy and undercooked. Be careful and check your pizza before taking them from the store. Had to put the pizza in the oven at home so it wasn't like eating a goey spongy raw dough.

Tried out their pizzas a month ago and was impressed with the amazing service from the staff even during a very busy time when I picked up my order. Food was made with care and tasted healthier than other regular takeaway pizzas (not oily or salty so doesn’t leave you feeling gross afterwards).

I ordered 16 Pizza's for a work shout, approx 2hrs prior to pick up. The store called around 10m before pick up and said they needed an additional 5m, which we were OK with. Upon arriving at the store to collect, they said they needed another 10m. 25m after original pick up time I said I had to take what they had ready and could they deliver the rest. An hour and a half after original pick up time these were finally delivered. By which time most staff had gone back to work hungry. To Big Poppas credit they reached out to offer a credit of 4 free pizzas if we wanted to give them another chance. We agreed to for the following week. The pizzas were ready on time and very good. However, when I looked at the bill only $50 credit had been applied when the pizzas ranged from $18 to $22, when asked about it, big poppas claimed their "math's were no good" . Its difficult to recommend an organisation that does not follow though, or under delivers with...

Easily the best pizzas in Cambridge. The pizzas taste like they’ve been made with very fresh ingredients and are cooked to perfection. Any changes to toppings are always followed perfectly (I’ve added and removed different items and they’ve never messed it up). The different bases are all good and my favourite - the thin and crispy base isn’t squashed into a paper thin base like other pizza places but is still thin enough to get that nice crispy texture. The sides are plentiful (easily enough chips for two people in one serving). My personally favourites are the broccoli bites and an Italian pizza on thin and crispy base. Their delivery service is spot on with the delivery times being accurate (even during the 17:30-18:30 peak time) and the delivery drivers are alway friendly,...
