HELL Pizza Lower Hutt — Restaurant in North Island

Well. I used to buy hell pizza in Christchurch. They never disappointed my expectation. Recently i moved to Wellington and i made a online order to this shop thru online. I made a order to pick up at 9. Unfortunately i arrived early around 8:35 to the shop and request the counter guy for my order. He went inside the kitchen and return and said it will be ready in 10 min. Nothing was deliver after even 20 min. So went and ask again polity. He again told me, it will be ready in a 5 min. but nothing deliver until 9:10. which is later than the originally schedule time. I went to him again and asked politely. He said again that it will deliver in few min. I was started to loose my patient. about 9:20 other guy brought my pizza to the counter. When i picked up my pizza i asked the cashier why was this delay. He was started to blame the kitchen. He said he is just a" pizza boy" and he dont know the reason.He used the word "Pizza Boy ". Since i am the customer, i can able to ask the question from the person on the counter rather than in the person in the kitchen. He said by 8:40 that my pizza in the oven . If he is true, my pizza was in the oven for 40 min. While i leave the shop, another guy was asking him what i was asking , since i raised my voice at the end of the conversation. He was swear on me and said something. After i left the shop, i made a complain to the Hell Pizza. First they asked me to confirm the bill . Since i made the online purchase, they have my details, also i have mentioned the exact time and store detail with my associated email id on the complain. Then they asked me what kind of action would i want to take. Since it not an big issue , i told them to worn his employer to behave politely with the customer. After that i didn't hear anything from Hell Pizza. After a week, i send what kind of action they have taken. I didn't received any reply until now. So i stopped buying Hell Pizza. We tried to place an order through the app with the Petone store at 10.10pm. It said we couldn't because the store was closed, despite the website saying it was open until 11pm. We tried ringing the store and when they answered they said we are closed. When I questioned that and said the website said they were open until 11pm, they hung up on me. Thankfully we decided to try the Lower Hutt store (whose closing time was also stated as 11pm). So glad we did. Service was awesome and pizzas were asolutely delicious. Will definitely opt for Lower Hutt over Petone...

2nd order in a row that's been a let down.

Pizza was left on the doorstep for 20 mins before we even knew it was there. Driver claimed he knocked but we call bullshit. No apology given when I called buy they offered to redeliver.

They redelivered, but one of the pizzas (brimstone) toppings are literally dripping off and is pretty much inedible, runny pizza? The other one isn't cut properly and is dry.
