I haven't been back here since my last experience. I asked for 2 banana thick shakes and got very warm frothy milk. The young lady that made it apologised for the mess she made around the cup. When I did complain that the 2 drinks weren't thick at all the female manager implied that they were cause the 2 drinks both had 2 scoops of ice cream in it. I also work in hospitality and we make thick shakes so I know. So instead of adding more ice cream to make them thick and I would've been happy to pay more for what I asked for (A THICKSHAKE), the manager just decided to give my money back. Read moreWe have been to this Roast shop before and had a beautiful meal, but today's experience very disapointing. We ordered two sandwiches, lamb with mint sauce (was suppose to be the only ingredients) and another with chicken salad and gravy. Well what a disapointment to say the least, meat was very dry and hardly warm, salad swamped with mayo, sorry not worth the $ 6.50 we were charged per sandwich.
