Ichiban Happy Kitchen — Restaurant in North Island

Been a repeat customer of Ichiban for a while now - always ordering the Chicken Fried Rice with extra vegetables. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ichiban (at least not for this dish). What started out as a great dish, and kept me coming back for more, has turned into a thrown together, undercooked (hard vegetables) and cold tasteless affair. Despite me leaving feedback on Uber Eats, which is how I order, nothing has changed. Tonight was the final straw. Same undercooked and cold dish but now without much chicken in it. They charge over $20 for this.

Went out as a big group 11 adults, 1 teen, 2 toddlers. There were only 2 staffs. I could not give more praise to those 2, who has to make 1 dozen plus dishes. Even with other customers as well. I felt bad honestly. It took a while to prepare the food, which is understandable, but they still delivered with great quality dishes. Would not recommend going out here in such big group just to not stressed this folks out, BUT would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try out Asian dishes. 4.6 would come back here again. 5/5 for...

I just want to say that we absolutely loved our food from here tonight! So delicious. It was the first time we ordered from here and the closest to authentic that we have tried in the Hutt. Well worth the price and the flavours are just scrumptious. I ordered takeaway and unfortunately got there late. The two workers were so lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.... so yummyyyyyyyy. Thank you so much for an amazing dinner after a long day. Definitely...
