Well what can I say DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We decided to eat in on the 10/02/2018 between 8.00-8.30pm. It was so so dirty there was rubbish everywhere in side tables not cleaned floors not been cleaned the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long I was very disgusted with them. We ordered our meal I found the cleanse table an it still wasn't clean I seen a cloth on a bin so I grabbed it an wiped down the table an the chairs. Just as we were finishing tea a couple came in an ordered there tea went to sit down and had to come back to the counter an asked if they had a cloth to wipe down the table I said to him disgusting isn't it an he agreed with me. My husband also had to use the toilet an he said it was disgusting he didn't want to touch it this place needs a lot of work ❌❌❌❌😠😠😠😠 But I can say I don't think we will be back here ever again as it was far to unsanitary for my liking I could keep going on as there kitchen also was very unsanitary over all a 0 out of 5. I know that packing is incorrect. And shameless to say the least. As a person who's worked for KFC in the past. It's frustrating to have the knowledge of how each meal is packed (right down to the type of pieces) especially when I order and it's packed as described above, incorrect.
Customer service on this day was the best Ive ever received, because the person actually communicated during my order. And they checked my bag before handing it over (dinner rolls were missed).
No one repeats the orders back, and the 'sighs' that follow when you ask for your order to be repeated can make one feel like an inconvenience (it's part of customer service). can drinks are never offered with regular meals, automatically given post mix drinks.

Tonight I was stuck in the drive through which didn't move for 8 minutes (with 5 cars in front of me). I decided to order inside. The order screens weren't working. There were 4 customers in the "waiting for their food" line. I was the only person waiting to order. The server acknowledged me after a minute or so and said he'd be with me shortly. He went back and packed 3 orders before he got back to me. Before I ordered he told me that they had no zinger chicken, no wicked wings and they would have 6 pieces of chicken available in 22mins.
