Always loved going there, then there was a mix up with the drinks and got an iced coffee instead of an iced chocolate and we have been going there for years and never ordered an iced coffee the girls know us all personally. went back to change it over and she said tough luck you asked for an iced coffee. Very rude and i thought the customer is always right. then today the young one serving did the same thing she was told the order a total of 5 drinks and missed the first 2 most important drinks then argued that we didnt even order them. Shes rude and doesn't have any care. Good luck...

Sat outside as we had a dog with us.It was a very cold day. Had ordered tea. People were going into the cafe after us and were being served with drinks before us. Went back into the cafe to ask where we're the drinks we had ordered. We got a blank look from the owner. The drinks followed after some time. We had been regulars for awhile, sometimes twice a day. If you keep that sort os customer service us you will lose your business. You can't afford to lose business in the present climate. We are told to try and support local business. This one doesn't...

We took our out of town friends there, super embarrassed for them and ourselves. Hostess was borderline rude while we placed our order. We were charged extra $6 for swapping ham for chicken in the crique monsieur which we found was a toasted chicken sandwich that we paid $30 for!! Clearly misleading description on the chalkboard that suggested it would come with chips etc. Served cold crepe with Luke warm poached egg, and cold dry mushrooms. Table was super sticky, perhaps the varnish coming off? Will definitely never...
