McDonald's Bunny St — Restaurant in North Island

I brought it to your employees this morning that you need to change your oil in the deep fryer. I was offered another fresh hash brown for free, I declined the offer, how ever after much thought I decided to purchase another hash brown just to double check my thoughts. Hash brown came out of fryer, one was served to me after the batch had rested and was ready to serve. I was correct, hash brown tasted no better oil definitely needed charging.

I requested fresh & hot Big Mac with Hash brown and large chips, oil chips were cooked in tasted like old oil, hash brown was soaking in oil, so bad I couldn't hold it properly as it kept breaking and falling apart. Patties in hash brown didnt taste fresh @ all.

So overall I was disappointed with quality of service to do with the food I ordered.

How ever customer service was impeccable from the two guys who served me this morning.

They were considerate, polite and served me with a lovely smile, they did listen to what I had to say. I'd give them 10 stars, the 1 star is for the quality and presentation...

No one was turning off the alarms that signify food is finished frying. No one appeared to care about hygiene or safety, the Cafe worker left greasy fingerprints on the mouth piece of our hot chocolate. He was also wearing bright green crocs and tracksuit pants. I know from experience that these are both unacceptable items of clothing for an employee to wear while working. The floors were filthy, rubbish everywhere. The manager appeared to be bleeding on his forearm and was handling food without cleaning or covering it. The girl there kept touching her bum or the back of her head whilst handling orders, one staff members shirt had more grease than a packet of fish n chips... overall a very unpleasant experience. This store seems to struggle with having enough staff and the staff they do have don't present themselves in a professional manner.

I would suggest introducing them to hygiene safety training and customer service refresher courses.

Here's hoping there's no blood on my food or cold germs in my hot...

I went up to get my order and almost slipped over, the floor had oil or something like it by the counter. I told a staff member and she didn’t even acknowledge me. This is the 4th time I’ve eaten here and every time I’ve come in it’s dirty. The staff are rude and rude to each other. I even witnessed staff members arguing loudly to each other. Once I waited for a cheeseburger combo for almost 15 minutes on my lunch break and I was the only one in there, so I decided to check the cook and she was working slower than a sloth. Then when I ate it it was the worst maccas burger ever, the meat pattie was overcooked and curled up on the sides, and hard, stale bun and the lettuce looked like it was thrown on from the other side of the room and sauce not spread over the bun…and I’m not fussy! I’m surprised this place isn’t closed down. I work near by but won’t be back, I don’t want germs on my food and support...
