Giving one star because ZERO is not an option.
I walked in without a booking ( just like the other customers in the waiting area ). When its finally my turn, this french arabic guy ( definitely saw me and know I am the next in line ) just skipped me on purpose and even gave me a weird look. I can only assume itâs because of my race since I was the only âpeople of colourâ in the waiting area by that time. I find it ironic since the barber himself is also a minority.
A girl took me and we started talking about tattoos. She said she is getting a new tattoo soon but hard to make a decision between two designs. I asked about the designs then I told her I like one of the designs. Her response was âI honestly donât care about your opinionâ.
At check out, I said I have stamps on three different cards and asked if I can merge all together ( if they merge together Iâd be two stamps away from getting a free haircut ) and the girl was like âno just keep it this way so you will get three free haircut in the futureâ ( but to get the three free haircut I had to collect full stamps on all three cards - I need to get 20 more haircuts to be qualified.
I swear I was polite since I got in the shop because I worked in hospitality before and I know to treat people with respect but the whole experience was just humiliating and ridiculous. Thereâs so many places that give good haircut, I highly recommend you donât come to this disrespectful and...

Alan, the most French among the barbers, will ensure your meagre instructions turn into a great haircut well beyond what an amateur could ask for. Basic cuts and clipper cuts are available for the less picky at around $30 and $25 respectively. A superior cut is where itâs are though, especially if you have enough hair to craft and at $45 itâs value for money given how good youâll feel once sorted.
Bearded brethren should get in too, as the barbers shape beard brilliantly and can turn any man from âunshavenâ to âwell-groomedâ in quick time. The various hair care products also make for a little, necessary love for often neglected areas.
Go here for the kind of barber experience you hear about in old days, where your barber cares, will joke with you about drinking later, and occasionally swear in French.....and theyâre just the kiwi...
