McDonald's Johnsonville — Restaurant in North Island

I came in with my elderly parents tonight to have tea and we were served by a nice girl who unfortunately missunderstood our order and confused what burger my father ordered (which we paid for and he ate anyway) when we got our order we were short one large drink short, which we recieved a medium to replace... then we sat down and i found that my order was incorrect (i and my mother ordered a crispy chicken and bacon burger) i had been given a grilled chicken burger, so i went up and saw the girl who had served us and told her about the burger and other issues and she appologised and said they would make another.... i then was given my order and got back to the table to find it was the same as the last one, so went back again and saw the same girl who again appologised and went to the boy who was cooking to explain who got annoyed pulled the meat out of the burger and chucked some chicken in and stuffed it back in the box... before the girl could hand it over i said "nope im not having that" and she said to the boy see, she saw you and handed it back to him, he then threw it at the rubbish bin (and missed it) and refused to cook it again, so the girl did it and (very quickly i must add) and gave it to me. I then got back to the table to find out that my mother couldnt eat her burger as they had used the spicy crispy chicken in hers and then found mine had the same in (which i ate as i dont mind spicy) but ofcourse my chips were stone cold! I am disgusted with the burger cooks behaviour and i would of laid a complaint then and there but there didnt seem to be a manager on in charge to complain too so have done so here instead! This is not at all satisfactory and i recommend there be some...

Quite possibly the most disgusting food I have ever tasted in my whole life. The only word I can use to describe this meal is vile.

A friend and I decided to stop by the humble restaurant that is McDonald’s. Upon ordering, we were met with rubbish bags surrounding the interior, and was as general uncleanliness. I ordered a combo, and once received, waited for my friend to get theirs. They ordered straight after me, but it took another 15 minutes for them to be served. After we both had received our meals we went and sat down by a particularly smelly rubbish disposal area.

Unbeknownst to the horrors we were about to be met with, we dug in.

I first tried my filet o’ fish. It was quite literally dryer than an old woman’s vag. The fish itself seemed as though it had been sitting in the hot sun for 7 consecutive business days, before being served.

We then went on to try our cheeseburgers, both without pickles? Personally the pickles are a favourite of mine, so I was quite disappointed with the outcome of this burger, as well. Overall the burgers were made sloppily.

As I fished out my fries, I realised they were insanely dry and stale. I could compare them to sand. They were the most disgusting fries I have ever eaten in my life. They had obviously been sitting under the rancid heater for multiple days, perhaps months. In fact, these fries were so dry, I thought they were my friends hair.

The only positive to this filthy meal was the soft serve. They were very generous with the serving, which I respect.

To sum up, I would’ve rather eaten my own poo then eat this meal again. Do not come here if you want to have warts growing in your mouth due to the uncleanliness and...

Horrible service. I understand lunch time rush hour especially on a sunday (today 22/05/2022) but that does not mean you can drop your customer service skills. We had a large order so it was expected to be delayed but 35minutes delay that was excessive. It got to the point where i had to ask the staff where our order was. So at first our number was called out, the woman (wearing a black mcdonalds tshirt) dumped our order on the counter and when i asked if it was all in the bag she shrugged her shoulders so i had to check and it was fine. We were then waiting on drinks and sundaes. Again we had to ask if certain drinks were ours and a different lady (wearing a red shirt) shrigged her shoulders. We then were served 4/8 sundaes, then the lady left and did not complete order and went out the back and never came back. I then called out to a woman of an unusual name wearing a grey shirt if she could please help us out. She rolled her eyes, slammes her keys down and got onto it. She asked what flavours then got them down. No apology about the delay or the mix up. We will 100% not be going to this mcdonalds again....
