Pizza Hut Johnsonville — Restaurant in North Island

I don't know if Pizza Hut is under new management or whether it is new staff that are poorly trained. The last couple of deliveries have been absolutely shameful. The first one, the driver had dropped my pizza and simply shoved it back into the box, fluff and rubbish and all, and then had the audacity to question whether I'd paid for it already or not! No apology for being late or explanation for the dinged box! I complained online to the store and I was given an apology and a free extra with my next order, which went well and all. I ordered again today, hoping that other time was just a fluke, but it seems this is going to be the norm from Pizza Hut from hereon. The delivery guy was 10 minutes late with a half-assed mumbled apology and a smile. I'm sorry but Pizza Hut Johnsonville will not be seeing another...

Ordered pizza and was delivered with very little toppings and way more crust. We ordered the deluxe range. Came with three bits of chicken. When your paying more for the meat an get as little as three bits i was dissapointed. On another pizza there was way more crust than actual pizza. After calling and complaining they said that the pizzas were like that because of training. The manager said he will make a new batch and send them out and they were ridiculously worse than the trainee !!! The dough was so undercooked the toppings were falling everywhere. I'd upload pictures if I could. How is this possible?!?! I'm very dissapointed with the product and service and now the outcome. I think I shall be going elsewhere for pizza now as this is not the first time the johnsonville store...

Store visit experience : Once i showed up on a quiet night and waited 45 mins while the crowd built up and watched all the child workers fumble, completely unorganized operation with zero management.

Phone order : if you place a phone order at 8 they will give you an ETA of 8:45 but show up at 11pm, you get no tracker and once you've placed your order good luck getting through on the phone - cause as i said above, ther'es no one to pick up the phone. by the time they show up you've already had dinner because you found something in the cupboard meanwhile 30$ down and a cold useless pizza to deal with....
