Bit disappointed this time, soup was thick as gravy but tasted good ,gobi Manchurian were not too bad bit too soft and bland inside but outer layer was crispy.

Ordered makhani champ got masala champ sent it back but came back with same/similar dish ,i tried to explain that we been here soo many times ,the gravy use to be like butter chicken gravy,creamy and smooth not like this but i didnt wanted to argue,so just asked to pack it as i would fix it my self ,just need to smooth up the gravy in a blender and need some cream and cashew paste

Service was good,the guy happily made us new naans to take away

This use to be authentic Indian restaurant,i loved coming here food was amazing but not this time ,i think the chef has changed ,i wish Indian restaurants had consistency here in nz

But to be fair this is the first time ,i am disappointed with the food

Almost forgot about the desert,gulab jamun were very tiny 2 balls for $6 ,I expected a normal size gulab jamun ,specially when you paying the price of whole tin for 2,but these were tasty just the size was too small

I am not putting in this review to demotivate you in any way,only reason i am putting this so that you could improve and i could eat good authentic indian food

Like i said out of our 5-6 visits here,this is the first time when were not happy with the food ,please keep up...

We went for a dine in as a large group and service was the worst we had received especially from an Indian lady wearing lots of red bangles she very rude from the minute we arrived wanted to take order from us for drink as we sat down and hadn’t even given us a menu to pick our drinks from when the menu was asked for she was not happy at all no sorry or any apology of any sort. When main meal had arrived she was not happy to distribute the meals through the table when she was told that part of that order was for the other end of the table she said just pass it on from here I am not going to the other side because it’s heavy ( there were only 4 dishes on her tray ) when some of us went for 2nd drinks she was not happy about that either I really suggest her to attend a customer service training or find a position that doesn’t involve customer service. On 17/11/2022 went for dinner with my family from Hamilton. We ordered Mix Platter, Prawn Noodles and Chicken Lollipop. Food was terrible and the service was worst. Mix Platter was dry, Prawn noodles was tasteless with few small pieces of prawn. Worst item was Chicken Lollipop, dry, hard and not fresh. Owner came out with an explanation that if we fried two times chicken will be hard, as if we are eating first time. We went there many times. New owners and staff are rude, arrogant and zero customer service. Not recommend to ANYONE.....

Reply to your comment: Firstly I was not rude. I had gave more respect than you guys deserve. I can't throw or waste food. Second thing you only didn't charge for that item because you know it was not good. I insist you to charge but u didn't take it. Don't say one side story tell completely what exactly happened.
