Subway — Restaurant in North Island

I have been here multiple times and every time they do something wrong. The staff absolutely do not care. If you ask them to do something simple like wash the knife (because they never do and it's always covered on other people's sauces or meats) they act like you've offended them. We have had meals where the meat wasn't even heated and I tried to get in touch with the store but no answer.

The only reason we ever go back is because there's not many other options for healthy foods in Stratford.

I have ordered subway footlong from Stratford. Just one footlong.. we have found long hair in the footlong with salad and before we review.. we thought to call them and let see what they said.. she said we can't do anything my boss is not here.
