Subway — Restaurant in North Island

Very bad customer service.the manager is lovely but the girls who work there for her ruin it. They sent a couple out of there store crying today after telling them they were "taking the piss and lying " as they wanted a hot chocolate in their soda cup as the manager had let them the day before ,just warning that "the bottom of the cups were not sturdy and we had to be careful they didn't break on us or they would be burnt".

Highly Disgusted in this store. if you want subway go to wanganui...

Good food for reasonable charge. Eat there intermittently. They have done away with the wrapped version & replaced with a basket if you dine in. Not sure if it works cos it can be bit messy without the wrap around to contain juice. Only one serviette not enough for some versions. Other than that, good value and...
