Amazing beer! We had No access and Superdelic saison and both were fabulous. On Mon-Fri they have lunch pizza combo (small pizza and any drink) from 12-4PM and we had it with peperoni pizza and pizza with chicken and sour cream with sesami seeds and both were above expectations! Really thin crispy crust and with a lot of topping, great deal. We came here at 3 pm after Railbikes tour and we were properly hungry and thisrty and this was just perfect. Not great! Had to ask for table to be wiped as we were literally sticking to it from previously spilled drinks. Staff wiped it and was still sticky afterwards. We ordered 2 pizzas with gf bases. Waited almost an hour only to have pizza's come out with normal bases so we sent them back after waiting further 20 mins we asked for money back as it took so long for wrong pizza to come out that we no longer wanted to wait with two young and hungry kids. What a welcoming place! We enjoyed a ‘specialty’ and a ‘classic’ beer tasting board. The stout was surprisingly delicious- considering I usually find stout too strong. I love how dog friendly Sunshine Brewing is. It is so good for the soul to sit, sip beer and have a Labrador soaking up pats. Too cute. Took a box of Gisborne Gold home. Suggest you get there before the after work rush - as it is popular with locals. Oh and grab a pizza...
