Super Lucky Takeaways — Restaurant in North Island

This is an edit on my previous post below- i have to commend the young boy that serves the customers you have done a massive turn around and you have lovely customer service and its lovely you have a very nice smile so good on you super lucky takeaways for taking the feedback and changing it. I have been in lots of times since my last post and he has been very polite and kind and friendly. Very happy best takeaway in rotas.

Owners please read! The young kid on the till not the guy with glasses the younger one He has terrible people skills and bad english and when he makes a mistake wich is often he tries to make it the customers fault! He never smiles and always makes faces like we are an inconvenience to him there are so many bad reviews about him in particular on Google trip adviser etc. You need someone who speaks good english and can understand the customers and someone who smiles! Awesome takeaways good value for money food is always turning over fast so always fresh. If you order from the menu i would highly reccomend thier nasi goorang it is delish and full of flavour. The fried noodles however are underwhelming lack of flavour and same with the fried rice may as well be steamed rice with veges and egg tossed in not much of the "fry" going on in the fried rice but all in all an awesome takeaway has roast meals availiable too thier sweet and sour pork is choice too deep fried stuff cant fault and also with the buffet its really good how they put new things out on differnt days with thier staples like egg fu yung fried rice noodles and sweet and sour pork. Visited this Takeaway bar, never have I experienced anything like this. How rude, as I entered one staff member was smoking about a meter away from the door, a further 3 were inside 1 leaning over the counter texting he looked up at me and carried on texting. The other 2 were sitting on pales texting. After a few minutes I turned to exit only then the female calls... Can I help you! I simply replied " You already have, I'll spend my money elsewhere" your customer service skills... You people have none! Obviously by this time, I had everyone's attention. Why do people think They can cook . Stopped in here to purchase a roast meal for dinner.$20.00 it cost me and what a joke, What meat you got wasn't to bad but the potatoes where dry no kumara or pumpkin hard cauli carrots and broccoli that didn't soften when mircowaved.
